I had to return something I ordered from hfonline.org, it brought back that familiar little stress of wondering if a return is going to turn into a whole thing. The refund did come through eventually, so it all ended fine and I can’t really complain too much. I just wish they had sent quicker updates along the way, because that waiting period always makes me a bit uneasy. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I’d like
